NATIONAL PHONICS OLYMPIAD 2026-27 REGISTRATION FORM

Dear Parents,

You are requested to read ALL the Instructions carefully before you proceed to make payment for the Offline Exam.

ELIGIBILITY: NURSERY TO CLASS 2

EXAM DATE: 10TH OR 11TH APRIL 2027 (as per the date decided by the exam centre)

EXAM CENTRE:

1. To register for the offline exam, you need to mention your nearest exam centre. If you are not aware of the exam centre near you, kindly mention your preferred location, and we will map you to the nearest available centre accordingly.
2. If you are aware about the exam centre, then it is advised to be certain about the chosen exam centre as it cannot be changed after the submission of the form.

EXAM FEE: Rs. 950/- + convenience fee

Please note: The convenience fee is charged and collected directly by the payment gateway for facilitating the online payment transaction and is not retained by the Institute.

Registration once done cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded.
